Jodi Bergman, C.S.A., Paralegal and Certified Senior Advisor
Jodi Bergman’s “C.S.A.” designation stands for Society of Certified Senior Advisors. And it’s well-earned. She has a true passion for serving the senior community, and ensuring they’re able to take advantage of the rights to which they’re entitled – particularly any Medicaid and Veteran’s benefits. She’s known in the local senior community as a real “fighter” – and she’s known for getting what she fights for.
Mrs. Bergman’s paralegal capabilities encompass the Asset Protection Planning, Medicaid and Veteran’s Benefits, and Estate Planning sections under the Elder Law Umbrella. Her ability to navigate through the benefits-application maze, and to leverage her relationships within the industry, saves our clients both time and money. And, when it comes to IT (computer problems) issues here in the office, she’s a bit like the U.S. Calvary – she comes to the rescue!
Jodi comes by her creativity and her high-energy level naturally. She was formerly a professional dancer in the U.S. and abroad, and owned her own dance school for 13 years. She’s still involved in the dance world, in fact, teaching contemporary dance at The University Center for Performing Arts here in Broward County. And when she’s not instructing students, she serves as Assistant Artistic Director for The Pablo Marco Foundation.
On the weekends, Jodi, husband Frank, and eight-year-old Joseph are generally found int he outdoors or out on the water, enjoying scuba diving, boating, and a variety of other outdoor sports. The Bergman’s live in Tamarac. And when they’re out of town, on vacation, they can generally be found exploring and often cruising the eastern and western shorelines as well as abroad!
